With Contract Services, e Logic and the companies agree on an hourly bill rate and an estimated duration of the contract. Once contract is started, we handle all HR functions including payroll generation and delivery, state and federal reporting requirements, payroll tax withholding and employer's insurance administration.

Contract-to-Hire
Contract-to-Hire Services are very alike to Contract Services with the assumption that the company will hire e Logic Staffing consultant at some point of time in the near future. Contract-to-Hire Services give the company the facility to monitor the work performance of a Consultant before making a formal offer of employment. With Contract-to-Hire Services, e Logic and the company agree on an hourly bill rate for the Contract period. Once it is finished they will hire the Consultant and will be converted to a regular employee of the company, the Consultant must work for minimum number of hours as e Logic Consultant prior to conversion and a conversion fee which is paid to e Logic once the Consultant is actually converted to regular employee status with the company.
